At Cedar Hills Veterinary Clinic we take the extra step to ensure that your concerns as well as your pets' are addressed. We emphasize healthy communication with clear instructions. Dr. Brown does her best to make herself available to her clients via phone (during business hours) and email contact – 7 days a week. We know that sometimes you have a simple question and that a simple answer is all you need.
We strive to educate our staff and clients about important health concerns and current medical issues.
We understand that having a pet is not just about health, but also happiness – for you and your pet. We want to work with families to make good decisions about the health care of their pet – one that works for everyone involved.
We give you the opportunity to guide your pets health – providing you the information you need to make good decisions – allowing you to see both the short and long term effects of these choices.
Whenever possible, we send you and your pet home with instructions that are in written form as well as verbalized.
We welcome questions and comments. We love to hear your stories and are grateful to be a part of your pets’ lives.
Clinic Hours:
We are open for appointments Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Saturday 8 A.M. to 3 P.M.
We are open Tuesday 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. for Technician only appointments with Dr. Brown on-call in case of emergency.
We appreciate calling ahead for appointments and will be delighted to answer any questions.
